These Terms explain the relationship between you and Ignis Gravitas: what you can rely on, what you are responsible for, and how founders, mentors, and operators share a startup program workspace.

Plain-language controls
Every clause below maps to something practical you can do inside the product. These cards summarize the controls that keep your account, your role, and your program data in good standing.
Your permissions follow your role. Keep them accurate so the right people see the right evidence.
Assumptions, experiments, evidence, and decisions are yours to maintain and correct.
A shared program depends on honest, lawful, and respectful participation.
Section 01
By creating an account or using Ignis Gravitas, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [Legal Entity Name], a [State] [entity type] doing business as Ignis Gravitas ("Ignis Gravitas," "we," "us"). They govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, accelerator, university, or fund, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Section 02
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the role assigned to you responsibly.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify us at [support@ignisgravitas.com] of any unauthorized use.

Use the Service lawfully and honestly. Do not misuse evidence, harm others, or interfere with the platform.
You agree not to:
Shared program integrity
Because programs rely on trustworthy evidence, we may remove content or suspend accounts that undermine the accuracy or safety of a shared workspace.
Section 04
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us a limited license to operate the Service, and you control your role-based sharing.
You retain all rights to the assumptions, experiments, evidence, decisions, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Within a program, Your Content is shared with mentors and operators according to your role and the program's configuration. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for correcting records that become inaccurate.
Section 05
AI suggestions are decision support, not professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.
The Service may offer AI-assisted guidance, such as suggested experiments, summaries, or evidence prompts. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before acting on it. We may use aggregated, de-identified activity to improve these features as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 06
Paid plans and program pilots are billed on agreed terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Founder plans and program pilots may include paid features. Pricing shown on the Service is indicative; institutional pilots are governed by a separate order or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
Section 07
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk to other participants, or as required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export Your Content.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Ignis Gravitas does not guarantee any startup outcome, funding result, or program result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim or [USD 100]. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen state, with disputes resolved as specified below.
