Terms and Conditions

The agreement behind the evidence.

These Terms explain the relationship between you and Ignis Gravitas: what you can rely on, what you are responsible for, and how founders, mentors, and operators share a startup program workspace.

This is an adaptable template written for a United States–based operator. Bracketed placeholders such as [Legal Entity Name] and [State] must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it. It is not legal advice.

Plain-language controls

How to manage your side of the agreement

Every clause below maps to something practical you can do inside the product. These cards summarize the controls that keep your account, your role, and your program data in good standing.

01

Manage your role and access

Your permissions follow your role. Keep them accurate so the right people see the right evidence.

  1. Confirm your role (founder, mentor, or operator) in Settings after joining a program.
  2. Invite collaborators only to workspaces you are authorized to manage.
  3. Remove access promptly when someone leaves your venture or cohort.
02

Own your evidence records

Assumptions, experiments, evidence, and decisions are yours to maintain and correct.

  1. Record decisions with the rationale and linked evidence that supports them.
  2. Edit or archive records that become outdated instead of deleting shared history.
  3. Export a copy of your workspace before leaving a program.
03

Stay within acceptable use

A shared program depends on honest, lawful, and respectful participation.

  1. Share only content and data you have the right to share.
  2. Never misrepresent evidence, results, or another participant's work.
  3. Report security issues or misuse to [support@ignisgravitas.com].
