Designing an evidence loop your team will actually use
A lightweight weekly operating rhythm for converting assumptions into learning without adding process for process’s sake.

Keep the loop small
An evidence loop has four parts: the belief, the test, the observation, and the decision. If any part is missing, teams tend to repeat work or reinterpret results after the fact.
Review decisions, not dashboards
A useful weekly review asks what changed, what remains uncertain, and what deserves focus next. Metrics support this conversation; they should not replace it.
Make learning durable
Capture the short rationale behind consequential decisions. Over time, this creates a founder memory that improves onboarding, accountability, and strategic clarity.
